Fees
Unlike some accountancy firms we agree our fees at the outset of being appointed, based on the information and requirements of the client. Any variation to this will be dependant only if there is any substantial changes, these will be agreed with the client prior to completing additional work. At the end of each year there will not be any hidden charges added to our fees.
We do offer the option to pay fees by monthly Standing Order if requested.

We will check the availability of the required name with Companies House to see if it is available, if this is already registered we will discuss with the client possible variations of their initial choice, or look for alternative names to see which one of these are available. Once a name is accepted we will register details of the company that are required by Companies House, supply the client with Memorandum & Articles of Association, Minutes, Share Certificates and Certificate of Incorporation. Advising the client of what is required of them to open a Bank Account in the company's name. Completing the Revenue forms advising them of the formation of the company. |
