Fees
Unlike some accountancy firms we agree our fees at the outset of being appointed, based on the information and requirements of the client. Any variation to this will be dependant only if there is any substantial changes, these will be agreed with the client prior to completing additional work. At the end of each year there will not be any hidden charges added to our fees.
We do offer the option to pay fees by monthly Standing Order if requested.

If required we do offer our services as the Registered Office should the client wish, also to act as the Company Secretary, this will ensure that the client is made aware of the dates on which filing of company documents with the various Government bodies must be met. It is necessary where serving officers change be this by resignation, appointments or a change of addresses, Government bodies must be advised, we can arrange for the appropriate forms to be prepared, as with any change in the Share Capital or Shareholders of the company. |
